It was impeccably clean, and the self-catering facilities, including a microwave, electrical frying pan, and fridge, were perfect for our short stay. the location was excellent, right in the heart of town and close to the conference venue. the front desk staff were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. An added bonus was the secure space for storing our extra luggage. Cons: Almost perfect 👌.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The manager, who waited up for us until after midnight, made sure we were settled in before going to sleep. The hospitality of the reception lady was unparalleled, and she truly had a beautiful soul. The staff, including the front staff manager and caretaker, were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to assist us with parking our trailer in a safe area. The location was very central with safe parking and good value for money. The beds were comfortable, and we enjoyed the selection of TV channels. The staff definitely went the extra mile to fulfill our requests.

We could drop it off early in the morning and it would be perfectly ready for us in the afternoon. the location was ideal as we could easily walk to a nearby bar for a drinks and a hearty dinner. We also had easy access to attractions like watching pink flamingos and the historical site Kolmanskop.

The rooms had a prison-like feel with grey walls and bars on the windows, which wasn't the most pleasant atmosphere. the ongoing renovations meant that some rooms smelled of paint.
